THE ARTHURIAN SCHOOL in Pringle Bay offers a unique opportunity to do just this. Being on retreat in the peaceful and beautiful natural environment of Pringle Bay is designed to bring healing and purification to the Body, Mind and Soul, and to help restore your own personal connection and communication with the consciousness of the Earth.

NEW (5 DAY) INTENSIVE DETOXING EARTH RETREATS:
The body is the temple of the Soul and during the retreat you will be able to rest, cleanse and heal your body, create some deep lasting emotional changes, and learn to expand your dimensional awareness of the Earth.

What the retreat is about:
The retreat at Pringle Bay (an hour away from Cape Town) starts at 11h00 on a Monday and ends at 13h00 on a Friday. In addition to working with the consciousness of the Earth, it also includes a daily early morning meditation session, and two cleansing body treatments of your choice such as Hawaiian massage, yoga session, Bowen treatment or Quantum Touch healing. You will also be working with a colour mandala to create positive emotional changes in your life, and have a transformative Soul Tarot reading to activate certain important light body changes.

Bring along:
Colouring in pencils, a journal, loose comfortable and warm clothing, a small blanket for meditation, swimming costume and rain/weather proof gear to wear outside.

What is provided:
Full board and accommodation including de-toxing and nurturing food (fruit, soups, vegetables, rice and quinoa), all treatments and personal sessions. You have your own personal bedroom with a shared bathroom.

Elizabeth Bardin is the founder of the Arthurian School and an initiator of many Earth change projects.
